Climate:

Singapore has a tropical climate. Temperature ranges from a low of 24ºC to a high of around 31ºC every day, and the relative humidity is high.  You may bring an umbrella (either for sunny days or for raining days).

Currency Exchange:

Singapore dollar (S$) is accepted at stores and restaurants. You can exchange your currency for S$ at foreign exchange banks and authorized money exchange offices.  Credit cards are widely accepted in many places.    

Electricity:

The electrical power supply is 230V at 50Hz. "Type G" three pin-sockets are the norm.

Singapore public transport is very convenient.  You can take Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), buses and taxi.  Grab taxi is available in Singapore.
